Same problem here on a Thinkpad Edge 11" AMD Neo II K325:
Wakeups-from-idle per second : 355.6 interval: 15.0s
49.5% (313.0) [Rescheduling interrupts] <kernel IPI>
19.7% (124.3) [kernel scheduler] Load balancing tick
Would be great if this problem can be solved with Natty.
