This seems to be fixed in the current release of xserver-xorg-video-
nouveau in maverick (and currently, natty), 1:0.0.16+git20100805
+b96170a-0ubuntu1. I am closing this bug, but if someone can reproduce
it with the current version of Ubuntu, please don't hesitate to reopen
(by changing it's status to to New or Confirmed).
