It helps to just completely unplug the computer for a minute or so. After that, it will work normally for the next twentysomething boot processes... I'm guessing it has something to do with suspend to RAM, but I cannot really reproduce this on purpose. It just happens ervery now and then. will look into bios update soonish, never done it before.
