Ugraded to Intrepid the other day, didn't go as smooth as others. Already and another problem that needs to get fixed: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/network-manager/+bug/291404 When I started my laptop back up after the upgrade from 8.04, I found that (other than no visible network manager) that when i moused over the title bar of windows, that the title and buttons would get covered up by the background. I figured out that it was Compiz when i disabled the visual effects and it stops happening.
