@Ramaddan, when the screen does black can you still move the mouse cursor or not?
Also, Bryce has just uploaded intel driver 2.7.1 to the X-Updates PPA and that version is known to fix at least one major freeze bug. If your freeze bug also happens with the 2.7.1 version that would be very valuable for us to know.
