We included ristretto in our distro and double clicking on an image

graphics (where it wants to go) with the thought it is not a photograph
viewer, but a generic image viewer and so important for all graphic

If an application is not in the menu at all, when it should be, it must
be a bug in packaging.
Is this the case, or was it a bug in our custom menu that made it not
show?

If it is a packaging bug, the package needs to be fixed.

The bug was in the menu. It was told not to show in graphics... presumably it was supposed to be in photography, but did not.
