This will certainly work for now, as long as: 1) The release team will remember to monitor the TB list and remember to make recommendations to the TB as necessary. 2) Everyone is happy for the TB to ignore these emails unless and until the release team bring something up. That seems inverted to me - I'd prefer for the TB not to get into the habit of ignoring (some subset of) emails sent to them, and surely it'd be easier to prompt the release team by emailing them? What if we were to make a small change to the process by asking for the emails to go to ubuntu-release@ instead? I'm not precious about this though. If you're happy with my two points above, then maybe it can stay as it is for the moment, and leave it for those working on the flavour spec to improve if they prefer?
