Hi,
Since I don't have rights to do anything myself, I'll try to push a new
workflow for this:
Could you please open an MP against
https://code.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-sru/ubuntu-archive-tools/phased-update-overrides
Then I suggest pinging the SRU team to get it reviewed and merged, for
the phasing to resume.
If that workflow looks good enough for you, maybe we should consider
documenting it in the new SRU documentation?
Thanks
Skia

The error seems a generic gtk one and not a file-roller problem, could
you override the error?

Your upload of file-roller version 44.3-0ubuntu1 to noble has resulted
in an error[1] that was first reported about this version of the
package. The error follows:

The current status of the phasing of all stable release updates,
including yours, is available at:
https://ubuntu-archive-team.ubuntu.com/phased-updates.html
Further phasing of this update has been stopped until the errors have
either been fixed or determined[2] to not be a result of this stable
release update. In the event of the latter please let a member of the
Ubuntu Stable Release Updates team[3] know so that phasing of the
update can proceed. To speed up the process, you can help by opening
an MP here:
