Hi release team and archive admins!

For at least the past week, I and others have been pinging/highlighting ubuntu-archive and ubuntu-release in #ubuntu-release on IRC trying to get a response for help. Here are some examples:

 * I am unable to do an ISO rebuild request from the ISO tracker (this
has never occurred before), I suspect an issue with cdimage, but
   this needs release team attention.
 * Kubuntu and Ubuntu Studio are still in the process of transitioning
to Plasma 6 for Oracular, and are blocked by packages needing
   removal [1].
 * Ubuntu Studio's oracular builds are failing due to a preinst script
error in the usbmuxd package and I cannot figure out why since they
are *not* failing in Kubuntu, so I have been requesting assistance.
 * Ubuntu Studio has an ongoing SRU for users to be in the audio group
by default[2] with an adduser wrapper, targeted for 24.04.1 this
Thursday. While the SRU team is involved, this needs to be expedited
   for the release.
 * Many others have had requests for package removals, FFes, and other
requests have been done in #ubuntu-release and have gone completely
unanswered/unacknowledged, including an FFe by Rico Tzschichholz for
   LibreOffice 24.8.x for oracular [3].

These are just examples that I know off the top of my head because they affect my projects, but there have been plenty more. I understand you've all been busy this cycle, and we've all heard radio silence on IRC for more than a week. However, since many of these are time-sensitive asks, I wanted to ask, perhaps on behalf of the rest of the community, if there's a better way to request assistance than IRC these days? We all very much need answers and acknowledgements on these issues.

Thanks in advance!
Erich
