That depends a bit. For example I just noticed that in the Notes app the context menu for selecting copy/paste is broken. That would go to the notes- app here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/notes-app So I'd say try to stay as close as possible to the application where the issue happens.
