Since the ramifications of this change are not totally clear, I
recommend that you take this proposal upstream and talk to the them
about this change and report back here what they decided.
However, I am currently running on Port 5222 with the (TLS/SSL) option
in Empathy with no issues and would *think* that would make sense for
the default.
