In my case, the corruption is the minor problem--there "seems" to be a conflict between bios & Usplash--I sometimes get solid warnings from my pc speaker that last as long as I care to hear it :( This has been as long as I have been testing Ibex (day 1) & thru several fresh installs. In the hopes that it is a motherboard issue, I am upgrading tomorrow.
