Images on a number of websites, although displaying correctly if saved and opened in GIMP for example, within Firefox render incorrectly and can appear squashed, blurred or warped. Note in attachment, the top of the letters. Which otherwise are fine in the actual image file (http://stevepearce.info/portal/images/layout_-_title.jpg) when it is displayed outside the Firefox environment.
