Timo, I don't know what happend (some pkg update may be) but at this time I can't replicate the conditions. Today I've commented out the alps form xorg.conf and after a new session or after a warm or cold start (making a lot of test) the touchpad is working as before I detect the issue. The Xorg.0.log is right again and also lshal. Sorry, I think that the issue must be closed.
