Hi,

the license only allows redistribution, but does not allow derived
works.  If it would also allow modification the license looks pretty
BSD-like and should be fine for main.

Please ask upstream to clarify this in the next release.  Also it would
be nice if they just used a `standard license' to avoid possible
confusion, e.g. the MIT License [1] (but this is not necessary, it's
just a good idea in my opinion).  Note that this just requires to
preserve the copyright notice, not the web site addresses (for that
there is still Google ;-) ).
