Public bug reported: This might be a xine-related bug since I can reproduce it using various xine-based players (amarok, totem, gxine, kaffeine).
Open an .ra stream (e.g. rtsp://rmlive.bbc.co.uk/bbc- rbs/rmlive/ev7/live24/6music/live/6music_dsat_g2.ra) with one of the applications mentioned above. Playback will stop after 80 or 90 seconds. Starting the application within a terminal won't give any hints during playback or afterwards. Using realplay works fine.
