Ok, testing with Intrepid alpha4 and kernel 2.6.27 as described in the
previous post.

WLAN is not listed in NetworkManager's list, so I can't use it. But it's
actually in the iwconfig output:

Pressing the WLAN button on this Acer Aspire 5930G doesn't turn it on.
