it's EM64T compatible. Also i have fine dual boot with Windows XP x64 bit
:-) I'm try use my hardware more effective - so i'm prefer use x64 bit

distribution (debian-40r4-amd64-xfce-CD-1.iso)

burn...cd-burning software verify - all ok. But checking live-cd failed !!!

Now i'm happy Ubuntu x64 user!  All ok. Ubuntu have detect my network card
and start x-window correctly from box! Thanks for help.
