This bug is not an issue in 2.6.26-based kernels (ie with patches that were added in 2.6.25-rc kernels; I have been running 2.6.26 or later and can confirm this issue has not occurred from testing; we need to identify the patch(es) and release an SRU ultimately for Hardy.
