Is it really such a big problem for Ubuntu devs to recompile sudo with
/usr/lib/kde4/bin/ added to this secure_path thingy?

I'm not mocking anyone, it just seems like a 10 minute task... I'm
simply wondering what's keeping the devs from doing it.
