Hi, This issue is tracked on OpenVZ Bugzilla as #917:
http://bugzilla.openvz.org/show_bug.cgi?id=917 It only appears on a 4x 4-core Opteron system that I have, none of the 2x 4-core ones or smaller. The system is already in production on an older 2.6.18 OpenVZ kernel so no way to test patches for this issue.
