Do you have a new ISO? Mine worked after the official release build. I only had the problem during the beta versions. Ubuntu is still useless to me yet however as Hibernation is a requirement for me as I do most of my work off line and I load web pages for later viewing and other such things. I am therefore still stuck with Vista. Ubuntu is so much better. Good luck
