Ahh finally somone who knows the problem! And i seem to have found a fix or at least a workaround. I never got the message log till yesterday i also got the "IRQ INTR_SF lossage" error.
After some more google i found this page: http://student.icis.pcz.pl/~89573/laptop/ there a similar problem is described by another toshiba user. You just have to add 'noapic' and 'irqpoll' to the boot options in yourt grub menu then everything works fine. Also having the fglrx driver installed!
