I have looked in the sysadmin tracker and haven't found a specific entry
there. However having talked to them over the last week or so I know
that they are aware of and working on this issue.

The sysadmins don't define these sorts of issues as bugs, which is why
I've marked it as invalid. I suspect the reason for that is that it
isn't a problem with a piece of software but rather a piece of
infrastructure. In any event I will keep an eye on the issue and raise
it with them if it isn't fixed in the next few days.
