Public bug reported: Binary package hint: casper
I followed the instructions at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LiveUsbPendrivePersistent to setup Hardy on a USB drive, setting up a loopback file for casper-rw and formatting the partition as fat32. When I tried adding a home-rw loopback file on the same partition, casper would not mount it on boot. If casper-rw and home-rw are on separate partitions, then home-rw is mounted successfully. ** Affects: casper (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- LiveCD Persistence: home-rw not mounted when both casper-rw and home-rw are loopback files on the same partition https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/258990 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
