Dear Mr. Murray

I attach herewith the files dmesg.log and lspci-vvnn.log. I have copied
these files from my Terminal to a Pen Drive and am sending this mail
from my Windows XP operating system. I am not a software-person at all
and I dont know any other way I can send this. I have copied the entire
matter from the Terminal, so both the logs are appearing one after the
other.

Kindly forgive me for the inconvenience.

I am unable to get through to the internet connection.
