Sorry, didn't know it was kernel related.

Happens both on a cold and warm boot.
Please note that dmesg.log is a result of booting into recovery mode, running 
xfix and then resuming normal boot. That's usually the only way for me to boot 
into Ubuntu, otherwise I just get a black screen.
