So unfortunately it looks like this bug didn't get resolved for Hardy.
The upcoming Intrepid Ibex 8.10 release is actively being worked on and
contains an updated 2.6.26 kernel. Would someone care to confirm this
is still an issue with the latest Alpha for the upcoming Intrepid Ibex
8.10 ? I can then try to get the kernel team to take a look. You
should be able to test via a LiveCD - http://www.ubuntu.com/testing.
Please let us know your results. If the issue still exists, if you
could include your dmesg output after experiencing these issues that
would be great. Also, I'm closing the linux-ubuntu-modules-2.6.24 task
as this is already properly reported against the "linux" source package.
