In Dapper, there were four *separate* issues to do with SCIM and Qt being broken or less usable. Bug #57081 is a long bug discussion that eventually, I believe, gets to the root of the problem.
Is it the case that this bug report exists because of 3 of those 4 issues with SCIM on dapper?
