Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: wammu

Wammu needs python-pybluez and btctl libraries for using phones over
bluetooth. Wammu will pop-up a warning dialog if these packages are not
installed. Whether they are installed automatically depends on two
factors

- How much "clutter" Ubuntu team wants to include in the dependencies.
We are living the age of gigabyte hard disks.

- How painless user experience Ubuntu team wants to give

Since the slogan of Ubuntu is "Linux for human beings" I'd suggest that
python-pybluez and btctl libraries are added as Wammu dependencies and
the phone manager users can use their phone out-of-the-box without
seeing warnings and going through manual library installation process
which they shouldn't do.

** Affects: wammu (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New

Wammu should depend on pybluez and btctl
