Hi Cameron, After reading the upstream bug report, I think it is good to change the link from "Recommends" to "Suggests". However, I still feel that it would be better to use "transmission" instead of "bittorrent | bittornado", since Transmission is the default. Granted, the "Suggests" field really has no bearing on functionality for any apt- client in Ubuntu. But, it's misleading to imply that a cfv user who already has Transmission installed, that they will gain any cfv functionality by downloading either bittorrent or bittornado.
Another alternative would be to add "transmission" to the OR'ed list of suggests packages. This would also make sense.
