Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. What was the buffer size option set to originally, and
what did you change it to?
Also, please delete the .wesnoth directory in your home directory.
WARNING: This will remove any custom Wesnoth configuration, addons, and
saves, so back up the respective files in the directory if you need to.
Then run Wesnoth and see if the problem still exists. Record what the
buffer size option is set to. If the bug still exists, please delete the
.wesnoth directory again and test with the latest version of Wesnoth in
hardy-backports.
Finally, please specify your system specifications.
