Hm, well I removed imwheel, which fixed a few things, and after logging out and back in, my up arrow is no longer mapped to prtscn. Have you tried resetting the keyboard in the Keyboard applet? System > Prefs > Keyboard > Layout > Reset. After that you may need to check your Keyboard Shortcuts applet.
