Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The only ubuntu change (fix FTBFS) is included in debian
Changelog since current intrepid version 0.2.0-2ubuntu1:

* Updated 10_missing-header dpatch and version requirement of libuim-dev
to work with new libuim-dev fixing FTBFS. (Closes: #483351)
