After installing Kenny's AMD64 package bluez-utils I can now push files from mobile to PC without problem. I can test with more phones later, but right now I'd say this bug is fixed. And has been fixed for at least a month now, so let's get this package out to the official repository asap so others can also enjoy the fix.
