we have not that specific model listed in our compat list.
the only ref I've found is:

chances are that the genericups driver isn't the right one.
this driver targets oldish dumb models.
if your unit is serial only, give a try tripplite or tripplitesu.
if it has a USB port, test the tripplite_usb or usbhid-ups.
