Can you please uncheck "Ensure A/V sync" in either the preferences dialog (ogmrip < 0.12) or in the profil editor (ogmrip >= 0.12) and try again ? In this case, the audio will be extracted with mplayer -ao pcm:fast which means faster than realtime. Unfortunately, this can lead to A/V desync.
