Hard to say, because it is marked as fixed, due to reporter does not have the problem any more for unknown reason. Anyway it wouldn't be a good idea to mark this bug as dupe of #225425, because this bug is not fixed yet.
But I found interesting point in #225425: The reporter used ATI Radeon and so do I use it.
