Hello and Thank you Roger! I have 64bit and the same issue. Have been searching for quite a while installing various packages trying to get ROES working (a java based photograph ordering system). Roger, your tip there did the trick. The lib32nss-mdns was the key to my woes. Much appreciation! :)
