Binary package hint: gmpc
The "Play/Pause" etc. shortcuts are correctly set up to use my
keyboard's multimedia buttons in System -> Preferences -> Keyboard
Shortcuts but they don't work for gmpc in Hardy. They did work in an
earlier version of Ubuntu. I forget which, but it was a long time ago
now. For comparison see bug #87299 (broke for Banshee in Feisty).
I know you can set up the shortcuts in gmpc itself, but it really should
use Gnome's shortcuts by default.
