Hi Sebastien It's a POP account. I'm not sure how the person is replying to my mail. I assume, like me, by clicking "reply". I've attached an example of the mail. I've anonymized it a bit trying not to change too much. The problem is just a once of till now, so if no one else is having this problem, we could maybe close this bug after a while. Rgds Clement
