Replace "&prod=xoap" with "&link=xoap" in /usr/share/screenlets/ClearWeather/ClearWeather.py. I also removed the .pyc compiled file to be sure it picked up my change. According to the spec from weather.com that I just downloaded (weather.com-sdk.zip) "link=xoap" is a required parameter to the HTTP request.
