This is not a translation-missing problem, it is a bug in /usr/share/applications/denemo.desktop. It is full of empty lines like Name[cs]= Name[cy]= Name[da]= Name[de]= Name[el]= Name[en]=GNU Denemo Name[es]=
The empty lines should be removed so that the English caption shows when no translation is available.
