looking to the source code the ssh backend runs "ssh -V" and look if "OpenSSH", "Sun_SSH" or "SSH Secure Shell" are printed on the command line to know which implementation it should be using, your wrapper probably doesn't respect the -V option or print something which is not expected, closing the bug anyway since that's not really a bug
