The shortcut is called "PopupMenuContext" and is used to open the right-click context menu. The default value is defined in /usr/share/apps/kcmkeys/kde3.kksrc, the line is PopupMenuContext=Menu in the section [Shortcuts].
If I change it to something else, for example Alt+Ctrl+Period, it won't work.
