Being very new at this, I hope I'm doing this right.   I was upgrading
from 7.10 and am using a dell with 256 ram.  My email address

hi, sorry i am late to reply your email. and sorry, my english is bad.
i was reporting an error from my ubuntu who was i installed on laptop to 
launchpad. i cannot solve or resolve the problem. then, that i really need my 
laptop for my work, i reinstall that 7.10 ubuntu. sorry, i cannot help ubuntu. 
i am just using ubuntu. i cannot "hack" ubuntu system. i am just ubuntu end 
user that do not know how to upgrade or downgrade on my own. it just automatic 
update from ubuntu on my laptop it self. sorry, i cannot help.
