Ok, it looks like you're using the open source driver with a modeline which says that the resolution should be 640x480.
Also, I don't know what happened when you used restricted drivers manager. In the meantime you might want to try this xorg.conf which I corrected for you. It still uses the open source driver but should work better (see the attachment). Simply replace your xorg.conf with the attached one, then restart the Xserver or your computer.
