PHP5 CLI isn't printing decimals properly.
Example:

$n = array(0,1e-8, 1e-7, 1e-6,1e-5,1e-4,1e-3,1e-2,1e-1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5);
for($i = 0; $i < count($n); $i++){
print $n[$i]."\n";
}
?>
output:
0
1.0E-8
:.0E-8
:.0E-7
1.0E-5
0.0001
0.001
0.01
0.1
0.2
0.3
0.4
0.5
Some of the numbers aren't printed properly, or with a : where a digit should
be...
