It is reproducible. Steps to reproduce: 1. Open a Nautilus window (to any folder, doesn't matter) 2. Right-click on a folder in that window, click "Create archive..." 3. A "Create Archive" dialog pops up. Click the "Create" button. 4. Error occurs.
