Thank you for reporting this bug.  Fortunately, it is not a real bug and
can be fixed through some simple troubleshooting.  Just enter 'sudo dpkg
--configure -a' into a Terminal to fix this problem.  Thanks again!

Error occurs when i try to upgrade and it wont let me update or install anything
